The Promoter is adding in 6 further Festival/Concert Prizes to be won in the same manner as the existing Festival Prizes.

Promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter (BrewDog PLC) and Mitchells & Butlers, their immediate family members or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
Purchase and internet access are required.
Promotion Period: The Promotion is open to entries between 0900 to 0100 daily between 3 July and 31 July 2023, with the final entry accepted at 2359 on 31 July.
To participate: During the Promotion Period purchase any pint of BrewDog at any participating Mitchells & Butler venue (see base of terms for list of locations). You will receive an entry card with a QR code and a unique code. Scan the QR code and complete the entry form with your name, email address and the unique code from the entry card. The instant win promotion is only running between the hours of 0900 and 0100 (except the final day of the promotion when entries close at 2359, on 31 July). If you access the entry page outside of these hours you will not be able to enter the promotion and will see a message reminding you of the promotion opening times. You will be advised instantly onscreen if you have won and what you have won. Maximum one entry per person per day. Entrants who are under 21 years of age will not be eligible to win the trip to Las Vegas. Only entrants who participate before 23:59 on 17 July will be able to win Festival Prizes. Entrants will be able to win the festival tickets for the festivals within 100 miles of the venue from which they received their entry card, or the closest festival to that venue, if no venue is within 100 miles.
Instant Win Prizes: There are 18,022 Instant Win Prizes, as follows:
1. 1 x 4 night trip for 2 to BrewDog Las Vegas (only available to entrants who are aged 21 or older at time of entry). Prize comprises: 4-night trips for winner and one guest to Las Vegas (winner and guest must be aged 21 or over at time of trip). Instant Win Winner selection and notification: a set of 18,022 winning moments have been randomly generated within the Promotion Period. The Festival Prizes winning moments have all been allocated before 23:59 on 17 July. Each winning moment has been allocated a random prize from the Instant Win Prize pool (set out in clause 5). Eligible Entrants (an Eligible Entrant is an Entrant who has not already entered in that calendar day) who submit their entry on or first after one of the winning moments will win an Instant Win Prize. If no one makes a valid entry within the five-minute time frame, the relevant Instant Win prize will be carried over to the next moment or day of the promotion. If no entries are received within a specified period of time between two or more Winning Moments, the applicable prizes will be rolled over and the oldest rolled over prize will be awarded to the next Eligible Entrant. Instant Win Prize Winners will be notified immediately on screen that they have won a prize and will be sent their prize to the address details they gave when entering.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoter's decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
